It's just not right. I'm being taken for granted and advantage of. A year's notice - that's how long I gave. No problem. I work hard. I deserve it. I am tired of being (metaphorically) spat upon. There's only so much a person will tolerate!

I'm sure that there's a message in there, but for those of us that have little idea of what you're talking about, could you try again using different words, or at least the same words in a different order?
