My sister, Cheryl, called late last night to tell me I needed to bring another gift for Christmas... cause I would be an aunt! She and her husband, Scott, have been trying to adopt for the past year and a half, so this is very exciting news for them. Cheryl and Scott have been anxiously awaiting a birthmother to choose them and for the call telling them the birthmother's due date. Wednesday afternoon they got the call to let them know that a birthmother had chosen them and the due date had been and gone - the baby was born on 3 October. They are due to pick up their daughter, Madilyn, this morning.
This is wonderful news for them, please help us thank God for their "little miracle". Please can you also keep them in your prays as they become parents.
