Surviving Mondays

Lindsay was telling me last week how Adam (her boyfriend) decided he should go out to celebrate surviving Mondays. I thought this was a brilliant idea, and let me tell you, after my 12 hours slogging my guts out at work yesterday - I needed to celebrate surviving Monday. Fortunately my good friend, Clare, was at hand to celebrate with me! Clare introduced me to a quaint Mexican restaurant near-ish her house.
