Tuesday night I went over to Ed's flat for dinner. Ed and I are really bad about having busy schedules and not meeting up, but every couple months we always manage to find time for some fun and chit chat. Ed cooked a yummy tofu stir fry (he's trying to be more green and become a vegetarian) and we had a good session of chewing the fat. I always have such a 'pick me up' from our meetings! A really good friend he is!

Tofu stirfry??? Puh-leeze, that sounds horrible to this Texas girl-raised-on-prime-Angus-beef!!! But OK, if that's what you/Ed like! I'll take mexican hats, thank you!! And BTW, what is that little stack of chocolates?? Is that green? I sure hope so, I could go green if that is the case!
